Sales Broker Relations Assistant Manager

What we are looking for:

Results-driven professional with strong market connections and a hands-on approach to industrial, commercial, leasing, and mixed-use real estate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Real Estate Management or related field.
• Experience handling commercial real estate, mixed-use developments, offi ce, retail, or industrial property marketing is highly preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with broker networks, partner brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Leverage existing networks to generate leads and close leasing and sales opportunities.
• Support the leasing and sale of industrial, commercial, and mixed-use properties nationwide.
• Confidently present projects, coordinate and assist with site inspections.
• Proactively generate leads through personal and broker channels.
• Maintain databases, reporting, and basic market research to support the team.
• Help organize events and activities and support budget management.
• Contribute strategically to broker partnerships and collaboration.
