Job Description

Job Mission / Purpose: Responsible for increasing our brand market awareness and generate more leads through the broker network. Focused on building the network and relationship with key stakeholders or accredited brokers (multinational firms, local independent, etc.) and ensure that these partnerships will translate to business and ultimately contribute to the sales target of the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build broker network through accreditation and sign agreements.
  • Sell/lease industrial, commercial and office properties of the group nationwide.
  • Present project details to clients.
  • Conduct / assist client inspections on site
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner brokers.
  • Focus on multinational firms, tap regional offices and set up partnership agreements.
  • Generate leads through personal and broker network.
  • Create and manage the database and prepare necessary reports for the team.
  • Organize events and activities
  • Strategize in forming partnerships with partner brokers.

Education: Graduate of any 4-year course (general)

Work Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales or leasing, marketing, research, project management, preferably in the real estate field.

License / Certification and Training Requirement: Preferably a Licensed Real Estate Broker from PRC
