Responsibilities:
Broker Network Development: Recruit, onboard, and manage brokers within assigned clusters; implement broker segmentation strategies for tailored engagement.
Sales Execution & Performance Management: Set and monitor broker sales targets; track performance metrics and provide actionable feedback; optimize Cost of Sales Ratio (COS).
Training & Capability Building: Design and deliver broker training programs covering product knowledge, compliance, and digital tools; provide brokers with sales kits and market insights.
Relationship Management & Engagement: Build trust and loyalty through consistent communication and support; develop incentive programs and recognition events.
Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with booking principles and CRM adoption; troubleshoot issues related to onboarding, documentation, commissions, and reporting.
Requirements:
7 years of experience in broker sales management, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple brokers and deliver results under aggressive timelines.
Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
