Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in Baguio City. The Sales Attendant will assist customers in selecting and purchasing health products, provide detailed information about products, manage inventory, restock shelves, handle transactions, maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, and ensure excellent customer service to create a welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills to assist and engage with customers effectively.
- Sales and upselling abilities to meet sales targets and promote products.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory management and display maintenance.
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- A basic understanding of health products and a willingness to acquire in-depth product knowledge.
- Team collaboration skills and a proactive attitude towards supporting store operations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
