Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Subject: Application – Sales Associate or Sales Executive or Sales Designer
- Meets with customers to drive product sales.
- Follow and consistently achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales.
- Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Attracting new customers, communicating with prospects on the phone or face-to-face and advising clients how to match various furniture items.
- Keeping track of inventory levels to ensure there is enough supply to meet demand
- Providing customers with product knowledge and answering questions regarding pricing, delivery details, or repair services
- Presenting mock living room or bedroom setups in the store to help potential buyers envision how items will look in their own home
- Coordinating deliveries of furniture to customers homes or businesses
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Go the extra mile to drive sales
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Actively seek out customers in and out of store
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Cross sell products
- Handle returns of merchandise
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store's design)
- Newly graduates are welcome to apply
- With personable demeanor, outgoing personality and charismatic attitude
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to be trained as a sales designer/sales associate
- Amenable to cold calling/going out to attend client meetings
- Preferably with sales background
- Persuasion ability
- With experience in high-end furniture, real estate, interior design, or luxury sales
- Good math skills, and customer service
- Willing to be assigned in Pasig
- Willing to work at 10am-7pm schedule
- Can start as soon as possible
