About The Role

As a Sales Associate / Sales Admin, your mission is to provide vital support to the sales team—ensuring smooth operations across lead management, client communication, and deal coordination. You'll help streamline the sales process by handling the admin side of sales operations while also contributing to customer relationship management and internal reporting. Your role is crucial in helping the team close deals faster and more efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales representatives by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including proposal creation, quote generation, and order processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client communication within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms).
  • Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on sales leads, and provide support throughout the sales cycle to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Prepare and organize contracts, sales presentations, reports, and related materials. Ensure all documents are up to date and properly stored.
  • Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist in forecasting based on pipeline status and sales activity.
  • Liaise with marketing, finance, and customer support to ensure alignment across all stages of the customer journey.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, client calls, and team updates, ensuring timely follow-ups and action tracking.

Competencies And Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in a Sales Associate, Sales Admin, or Sales Support role. Prior experience working with US and/or AU clients is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar. Strong skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. You're confident speaking with clients and professional in written correspondence.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • You take pride in ensuring customers have a smooth and responsive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate issues and resolve them before they escalate.
  • Able to work independently, adjust to different time zones (especially US or AU), and keep things running smoothly without constant supervision.
