Key Responsibilities

Social Media Responses & Lead Conversion

• Handle real-time inquiries on FB, IG, TikTok, and direct bookings.
• Convert inquiries into applications by providing quick and accurate responses.
• Manage comments, DMs, and marketplace inquiries to avoid response delays that risk losing prospects.
  
  

Marketplace & Platform Communications

• Act as point-of-contact for social media inquiries and property marketplaces.
• Manage updates on listings (rates, promos, availability).
• Respond to urgent guest/client situations, e.g.:
• Prospect asking for urgent unit availability for next-day move-in.
  
  

Call Handling (Point Person)

• Serve as the first contact for incoming calls from prospects and clients.
• Address initial inquiries and qualify leads before endorsing to S&M Personnel
• Ensure consistent phone coverage to avoid missed opportunities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Marketing Management or equivalent
• Amenable to work in Makati for 3x a week (hybrid work setup)
• Willing to start immediately
