Moatable Philippiness is Looking for a talented and passionateSales Associate Operations Manager for Truckerpath to lead the Growth Activation Department, driving operational excellence and strategic alignment to achieve ambitious sales and growth targets. This role is pivotal in managing team leaders, optimizing processes, and ensuring high performance across initiatives aimed at selling services to owner-operators, including 10-4 WEX, Truckloads Loadboard, Factoring Services, and the Trucker Path App..

Key Responsibilities

Department Leadership: Oversee the Growth Activation Department, managing Team

Leaders and Specialists to ensure smooth operations and accountability.

Strategic Execution: Design and implement operational strategies that align with company objectives and accelerate growth.

Performance Optimization: Track KPIs, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement to meet and exceed targets.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices for workflows, reporting, and resource allocation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer

Success teams to deliver seamless execution of initiatives.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and

operational standards.

Leadership Development: Mentor and coach Team Leaders, fostering a culture of

accountability, innovation, and high performance.

Reporting & Insights: Deliver actionable insights and regular updates to senior

management to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

Experience: 45 years in operations or sales management, with at least 2 years in a

leadership role managing multiple teams.

Industry Knowledge: Background in trucking, logistics, or SaaS sales strongly preferred.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations

effectively.

Analytical Expertise: Strong data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency in reporting tools.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and operational

tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing growth-focused departments or high-volume sales operations.

Knowledge of financial services or factoring solutions
