We are looking for a

Sales Associate - Non-Collateral

who will assist clients with loan applications, process and monitor leads, verify requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing and release.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with loan applications and documentary requirements.

Process endorsed leads and monitor accounts from application to loan release.

Follow up with clients regarding pending requirements and application status.

Provide accurate information on loan products, requirements, and processing timelines.

Coordinate with Sales, Loans Processing, Credit Review, and other departments.

Support the branch in achieving monthly

Trans-In and lead conversion targets .

Maintain accurate client, lead, and account records and prepare required reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, data privacy, and internal audit requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, Banking and Finance, or a related field .

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience in banking, financing, lending, sales, customer service, or loan processing is an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple accounts and follow-ups.

Proficient in

Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

and comfortable learning new systems.

Willing to undergo

2 weeks of training in Ortigas, Pasig .

Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
