Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally
- Promote products and upsell based on customer needs
- Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain proper store presentation and merchandising
- Assist with cashiering and POS transactions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
- Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Support daily operational and sales activities
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate
- Retail or sales experience is preferred
- Good communication and selling skills
