Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila. This role is responsible for engaging potential and existing clients, explaining healthcare services and offerings, and assisting patients or corporate partners in selecting appropriate service packages. Day-to-day tasks include managing inquiries, handling walk-in and referred clients, preparing and processing basic sales documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Sales Associate also supports promotional activities, maintains accurate records of client interactions, and strives to meet individual and team sales targets while upholding a high standard of customer care.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including basic knowledge of consultative selling and relationship-building with clients.
• Organizational and administrative skills, such as maintaining records, handling documentation, and managing time effectively.
• Comfort using basic computer applications and office tools to track inquiries, schedule appointments, and prepare reports.
• Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or service-oriented sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Manila, collaborate within a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
