Identify and develop new business opportunities with a focus on acquiring corporate clients for translation services
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upsells
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to individual client requirements
Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
Collaborate with project managers and translators to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
Represent Elite Translations Philippines at industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Be present during major events such as simultaneous interpretation projects to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of service and address any client concerns on-site
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the language services industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in English and Filipino, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset
Willingness to work during weekends and holidays as needed, particularly for major events
