Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or diagnostics.
Experience in business development or account management is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Duties And Responsibilities

Promote and sell the organization's healthcare services, products, or wellness programs.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, corporate accounts, insurance partners, and community organizations.
Conduct sales presentations and explain the benefits of healthcare services and programs.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for prospective clients.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM or other sales tracking systems.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Participate in health fairs, community outreach programs, and promotional events.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and ethical sales practices.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
