Job Description

A Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets.

  • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, and maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
  • Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
  • Striving to achieve sales targets.
  • Driving up sales and profitability by proactively and reactively following up on leads.
  • Conduct sales calls and on-site presentations to customers to generate new sales.
  • Qualify leads and determine their interest and suitability for the organizations services.
  • Ensure all client requirements and documents are reviewed and complete.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by any manager/supervisor

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing/ Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum six (6) months of working experience in sales, marketing, or telemarketing.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral, are a must, as the candidate will be required to convey information clearly and professionally.
