Job Description
The Sales Associate is responsible for generating and supporting sales across BFC's corporate, institutional, partnership, and other assigned sales channels. The role focuses on identifying potential customers and business opportunities, converting leads into actual orders and partnerships, and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships.
The role may represent and sell But First, Coffee and other concepts under BFC, depending on business priorities and assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Associate is expected to actively find business and create opportunities.
This includes actively prospecting for corporate accounts, bulk orders, partnerships, events, and other revenue opportunities, rather than relying solely on inbound inquiries.

The role may represent and sell But First, Coffee and other concepts under BFC, depending on business priorities and assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential B2B, corporate, institutional, and partnership accounts.
- Reach out to prospective customers, companies, organizations, and business partners.
- Promote and sell BFC products, services, and other revenue opportunities across its concepts.
- Promote other BFC concepts and revenue opportunities as assigned, including LIT, Cheat Day, DRYP, and other existing or future concepts.
- Generate and qualify sales leads and convert prospects into actual customers and accounts.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations as needed.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and potential customers to convert opportunities into actual sales.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups on all active opportunities.
- Coordinate customer requirements and orders with Operations, Commissary, Finance, Marketing, and other relevant teams.
- Support corporate orders, events, bulk orders, partnerships, and other special sales opportunities.
- Assist in identifying new revenue opportunities across BFC's brands, customer segments, and sales channels.
- Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer, prospect, and sales records.
- Participate in sales campaigns and company-wide revenue initiatives.
- Support the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or other related fields
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred
- Fresh graduates may be considered
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, food service, hospitality, FMCG, or similar industries is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable talking to different types of customers and clients
- Confident in making calls, sending messages, presenting, and following up with prospects
- Willing to actively prospect and look for new customers and business opportunities
- Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets
- Proactive, hardworking, and resourceful
- Organized and able to keep track of leads, customers, and follow-ups
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales or customer databases is an advantage
- Willing to participate in field prospecting, sales activities, and events when needed
