Retail Loans Associate is responsible for encoding, evaluating and validating account reports prepared by internal or external appraisers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and bank standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective coordination with both internal and external stakeholders, and excellent time management skills.
- Review reports to ensure accuracy, reasonableness, and adherence to valuation standards
- Verify the integrity of the account's data, including property details, appraisal value, with supporting documents such as title records, tax declarations, maps, photos, and site inspection findings.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, and areas needing clarification; coordinate with appraisers for revisions, updates, or additional documentation.
- Ensure that appraisal reports comply with internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management standards.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for coordinating with externa, internal units, and stakeholders.
