Initiates and develops appropriate business relationships with target customers.

Ensures that all sales activities are appropriately coordinated with the service center.
Maintains records of customer interactions, contact information, process customer accounts and file documents.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Input customer equipment list as leads on SAP B1 opportunity module.
Conforms to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Takes the extra mile to engage customers.
Other administrative tasks are not limited to preparation and filing of VRF and MRF and Admin coordination.
