Sales Associate

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Pasig. The Sales Associate will support the sales team by identifying prospective customers, qualifying leads, and assisting with the preparation of product demonstrations and proposals.

The role involves managing sales inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to implementation. The Sales Associate will engage with customers through phone, email, and in-person meetings, provide product information, and address basic questions and objections.

The position also includes tracking sales activities, preparing reports, and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to qualify leads, follow up on sales opportunities, and use CRM tools
• Sales or telesales experience is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of ERP, WMS, or similar technology solutions is an advantage
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
