Job Qualification
Passionate about sales, has an eye for design, and can effectively assist clients in selecting products that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
Promote and sell architectural hardware products to clients, contractors, and designers
Provide product recommendations based on project requirements and design concepts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
Minimum 6-12 months experience in architectural hardware is required for this position.
Basic knowledge of interior design is essential to support client consultations and product recommendations.
Candidates must have 6-12 months of sales experience to effectively manage client relationships and achieve targets.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Restock shelves and ensure product availability
Set up and maintain merchandise displays
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
Stay informed about product features and promotions
Salary Range: Php22,000.00 to P30,000.00
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Work Location: San Juan City
