Sales Assistant - Vehicle Loan (Cebu)

The Sales Assistant provides administrative, sales, and operational support to the Vehicle Loans Sales & Marketing Division. The role is responsible for assisting Sales Officers and business partners in the efficient handling of vehicle loan applications, coordinating with clients, dealerships, and internal units, and ensuring the timely completion of documentary requirements. The position contributes to achieving the division's business goals by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, or any related field.
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in sales support, banking operations, customer service, or administrative work.
• Experience in auto financing, vehicle loans, or banking operations is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills may be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and record-management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
