We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Assistant to join a dynamic team of ten offshore sales representatives supporting an international client. In this role, you will play an essential part in driving the corporate sales lifecycle-from order entry and CRM data management to prospect outreach and asset coordination. Operating directly out of our modern Cebu facility during US business hours, this position is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality administrative support.

Your Impact

  • Precision at Entry: Process high-volume commercial sales orders accurately and efficiently using both manual input methods and bulk file upload systems, ensuring absolute data integrity at every stage of the ledger.

  • Visual Asset Coordinator: Manage timeline-sensitive project tasks centered on securing advertising images and marketing videos, coordinating directly with relevant stakeholders to meet strict campaign delivery deadlines.

  • Pipeline Intelligence: Support lead-generation initiatives by identifying potential commercial sales prospects and auditing records within the CRM platform to maintain an accurate database.

  • Correspondence Curator: Compose and dispatch personalized, highly professional emails to prospects on behalf of the sales team, aligning your communication with the brand's voice and primary commercial objectives.

  • Versatile Contributor: Provide flexible administrative assistance across a range of client-specific activities and operational projects as directed, adapting seamlessly to the evolving needs of the sales organization.

What You Bring

  • The Experience:1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a sales support, virtual assistant, CRM data entry, or corporate administrative role, preferably within a cross-border environment or BPO industry.

  • Spreadsheet Proficiency: Intermediate-level competency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, with a comfortable capacity to organize, filter, and track pipeline metrics effectively.

  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding written English skills, with a demonstrated ability to construct clear, professional business emails and maintain a polished approach to client correspondence.

  • Disciplined Executor: A strong, task-based work ethic backed by an uncompromising commitment to following through on project responsibilities thoroughly and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Independent Navigator: Proven capacity to work autonomously under minimal direct supervision while simultaneously managing multiple operational tasks and shifting priorities across a diverse team of external stakeholders.
