Responsibilities / Job Description
- Help establish and implement processes.
- Help train new team members.
- Create templates and implement price lists for individual customers
- Communications and coordination via email, chat, or call with team members to facilitate documents, tracking numbers, orders, etc.
- Lead Generation on LinkedIn and appointment setting for sales representatives to conduct calls.
- Technical Reporting: Commission Tracking, Sales Growth etc. (Excel Knowledge is a must!)
- Other Duties as assigned
Skills
- Detail Oriented and Organized - Must be detail oriented, good with numbers, tables, and organization of multiple tasks
- Communication - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must speak English fluently.
- Process-oriented - Must be able to follow detailed instructions and communicate if clarification is needed. If errors are made applicant must be able to determine the root cause and identify if the process needs improvement or what needs to be improved. We encourage your feedback to help us to continuously improve as a team.
- Quality Oriented - Must be capable of providing quality work and be comfortable with being held accountable if errors are made. Improve the process and work approach to improve.
- Problem Solver - Must be good at problem-solving. Investigate and research as needed to solve problems encountered. Propose solutions, do not simply pass problems back to the manager. Having a positive and forward-thinking approach to business and life is helpful here.
- Fast Learner - Should love to learn, explore, and challenge oneself in a business environment.
Experience/Requirements:
Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook Working Experience
Google Workspace Experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience Supporting a Salesperson in the Past is a plus
Willing to work CST Hours
