Job Description

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Appointment Setter to drive their automotive division's expansion by connecting with dealership decision-makers nationwide. In this role, you will work from pre-qualified lead lists and follow proven scripts to secure high-quality appointments. This position offers complete schedule flexibility and excellent commission upside for a results-driven professional ready to make a direct impact. Incentives or commissions will be provided.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, flexible during client business hours at 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to general managers, owners, and digital marketing decision-makers at car dealerships across the United States
  • Book 5 to 10 qualified sales appointments per week using provided scripts and sales training
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM of all prospect interactions, responses, and appointment details
  • Work through pre-qualified lead lists provided by the company without needing to prospect independently
  • Follow the sales training methodology and refine your approach based on performance feedback
  • Update the database with detailed notes on conversation outcomes and next steps
  • Transfer booked appointments to the sales team for follow-up and closing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, ideally in B2B sales
  • Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage decision-makers
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining detailed records
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections professionally
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding weekly appointment targets
