Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering).
Preferably with Data Center experience.
At least two (2) years of experience in technical sales, business development, or MEP-related engineering.
Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, and Plumbing) is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage.
Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.

Job Description
Engage with clients to understand their requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and deliver accurate and compelling proposals that drive business growth.
Conduct client site visits to assess requirements, evaluate existing systems, and identify opportunities for customized solutions.
Collaborate with the Engineering team to translate client requirements into cost-effective proposals, technical drawings, and system specifications that support successful sales outcomes.
Prepare and deliver presentations, product orientations, and technical demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and providing after-sales support.
Monitor ongoing projects and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and product development initiatives.
Prepare reports, sales forecasts, and other documentation required by Management.
Salary Range: ₱38,000–₱45,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
