Job Description

Role Purpose

Works with the Category Manager in project and activity management in coordinating w/ stakeholders and external suppliers that are vital to activity execution and close-out

Reporting Line Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

1. Project Management and Activation

2. Coordinates with internal FBP on trade deliveries, allocation & execution:

  • Operations team -products, suppliers, trade deliveries
  • Finance team - product master and pricing
  • Sales team - allocations, execution, and billing

3. Coordinates w/ external suppliers / partners on Acct approval, POSM dispatch, manpower requirements, execution of which are the following but not limited to:

  • Point of sales materials
  • Manpower requirement for bundling, sampling
  • Merchandising e.g. on shelf standards, compliance to look of success
  • Data management - ensuring that internal information is updated and verified
  • Identifies issues and opportunities along the project implementation
  • Pending billing documents, execution photos, project evaluation report pertinent for project close out

4. Administrative and Logistical support for Consumer Sales and Marketing (flight/hotel booking, expenses, routing of documents, safe-keeping of contracts/documents, meeting assistance, RIS request)

5. Billing management

Qualifications

Basic knowledge in MS Office

Good communication skills

Skilled in planning, organizing and coordinating

Experience

2-3 years experience in Admin Support & Category support

Preferably with work experience as Trade Marketing or Marketing support
