Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (35 years) in technical sales, project engineering, or construction solutions.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and technical specifications.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license (often required for site/client visits).
Compensation And Benefits
- 20,000 + 10k Allowance
- Commission: 3% of own project, 1% to 2% if the project is close

WORK LOCATIONS: Brgy Putatan, Muntinlupa City
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00AM to 5PM
