Sales and Service Associate

The Sales and Service Associate are responsible for:

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

• You'll be responsible for engaging customers, building rapport, and understanding their individual needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge:

• You'll need to be knowledgeable about Alo's products, and be able to confidently discuss their features and benefits.

Sales and Customer Service:

• You'll assist customers with their purchases, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Visual Presentation:

• You'll contribute to the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and in accordance with Alo standards.

Brand Representation:

• You'll represent the Alo brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying the brand's values and standards.

Performance and Growth:

• You'll contribute to the store's performance and growth by achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Communication Skills:

• Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

Customer Service Orientation:

• You'll have a strong customer service orientation and be able to build and maintain positive client relationships.
