Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Service Admin role based in San Pascual. The Sales and Service Admin supports the day-to-day sales operations of the Sales and Service Departments. This role assists the sales team with documentation, email correspondence, and , and responds to customer inquiries through phone, email, or in-person interactions. The position helps coordinate after-sales service requests, schedules service visits, and tracks resolution status to ensure a positive customer experience. The Sales and Service Admin also collaborates with internal teams to provide sales summaries, draft and transmit business correspondence to external partners, layout marketing collaterals to be used in social media postings, and contribute to efficient and compliant office workflows.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and maintain professional internal and external relationships.
  • Sales and Sales Management capabilities for sales invoice monitoring, monitoring of performing and non-performing accounts, assisting in basic sales reporting, and helping achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office or G Suite) and comfort working with Canva, or other photo editing software.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time.
  • Ability to work on-site in San Pascual and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in sales administration or marketing is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
