Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Product Trainer in the automotive industry to join our team at Omoda and Jaecoo Motor Philippines Inc. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the sales team's product knowledge and selling techniques, ultimately driving performance results.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the needs of the sales team, with a strong emphasis on product knowledge and effective sales strategies.
Create training materials and resources, including manuals, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
Facilitate hands-on training sessions and workshops for new and existing sales staff, focusing on product-specific training and sales techniques.
Use various training methods and tools to engage participants and promote effective learning.
Assess the training needs of the sales team through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics to identify gaps in product knowledge and selling skills.
Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to sales personnel to reinforce training concepts and improve selling ability.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust strategies based on feedback and sales performance metrics.
Generate reports on training outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the sales management team to align training programs with sales strategies and business objectives, ensuring a focus on product offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and market conditions to keep training relevant.
Foster a culture of continuous learning within the sales team.
Encourage the adoption of best practices and innovative approaches in sales processes.
