The Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales performance, daily operations, and overall store standards of multiple YOBO International Food Corp branches. This role ensures that all stores operate efficiently, consistently achieve sales targets, maintain excellent customer service, and comply with company standards, food safety guidelines, and operating procedures.

The position requires a hands-on leader with strong experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in managing multiple branches, kiosks, or quick-service food operations. Experience in franchise-style or high-volume food retail operations is required. The Sales and Operations Manager will also work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure proper store-level inventory execution, stock coordination, and operational readiness across all locations.

A. Sales Performance Management

  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Review store sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, product movement, and store-level performance.
  • Recommend local store marketing activities, promotions, and sales initiatives to increase store traffic and conversion.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, performance updates, and business recommendations to management.

B. Multi-Store Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent branch performance.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to monitor store readiness, cleanliness, product quality, service standards, and compliance.
  • Ensure all branches follow company policies, standard operating procedures, food safety requirements, and mall or landlord regulations.
  • Monitor store opening and closing procedures, manpower schedules, daily reports, and operational concerns.
  • Identify operational issues and implement timely corrective actions.
  • Ensure all stores deliver a consistent customer experience and uphold the company brand standards.

C. Store-Level Inventory Control and Supply Chain Coordination

  • Ensure all stores follow proper inventory procedures, including receiving, storage, stock rotation, FIFO, wastage recording, and daily stock monitoring.
  • Review store-level inventory reports and coordinate with the Supply Chain team regarding replenishment, stock availability, stockouts, and overstock concerns.
  • Monitor inventory variances, spoilage, wastage, and missing stocks at store level.
  • Conduct spot checks and store audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain to support store demand forecasting based on sales trends, promotions, seasonality, and product movement.
  • Ensure store teams properly document inventory usage, transfers, spoilage, and discrepancies.
  • Hold store supervisors and team members accountable for proper inventory discipline and reporting.

D. Team Leadership and People Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop store supervisors, team leaders, and frontline staff.
  • Set clear performance expectations and ensure accountability across all assigned branches.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations to improve productivity, customer service, and operational compliance.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for store operations.
  • Build a disciplined, service-oriented, and sales-driven store team.
  • Address employee concerns, performance issues, and operational gaps in coordination with HR and management.

E. Cost Control and Compliance

  • Monitor controllable store costs, including supplies, utilities, wastage, and other operational expenses.
  • Recommend actions to improve store profitability and reduce unnecessary losses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and mall or landlord requirements.
  • Review store reports and escalate recurring issues to management.
  • Support the implementation of operational improvements, systems, and controls.

F. Business Development and Expansion Support

  • Assist in evaluating potential new store locations and expansion opportunities.
  • Support new store openings, including manpower setup, training, inventory coordination, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, mall administration, landlords, suppliers, and other partners as needed.
  • Recommend process improvements to strengthen scalability, profitability, and operational consistency.

Education

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or any related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Must have experience handling multiple stores, branches, kiosks, or quick-service food operations.
  • Must have experience in franchise-style food concepts, kiosk operations, or high-volume retail food brands.
  • Strong background in sales performance management, store operations, team leadership, customer service, and cost control.
  • Must have working knowledge of store-level inventory controls, including receiving, storage, FIFO, wastage monitoring, stock reporting, and inventory audits.
