Job Description

The Sales and Operational Execution Associate under SC PGA, supports the execution of Sales & Operational Planning Process. This role assists in forecasting demand, coordinating supply planning activities, preparing reports, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, production, and logistics teams.

  • Demand Forecast Support: Assist in collecting and analyzing sales data to support accurate demand forecasting.
  • Data Collection & Reporting: Collect, clean, and synthesize data from multiple sources (ERP systems, sales inputs, market trends) to support accurate planning and decision-making. Prepare reports and dashboards related to forecast accuracy, inventory levels, production capacity, and service levels. Provide actionable insights to improve planning performance.
  • S&OP Meeting Support: Help organize and prepare materials for monthly S&OP meetings, including data consolidation, preparing presentation materials, minutes of the meeting, tracking action items, and contributing insights based on current performance trends.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Monitor Days Inventory Levels and support planning to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with teams across sales, operations, procurement, and logistics to gather inputs and validate assumptions, supporting the alignment of demand and supply.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvements in planning processes, documentation, and communication flows. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing reporting and planning processes and contribute to the development of improved tools and methods.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related operational roles
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP or planning systems; such as SAP is a plus.
