Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
  • Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor store sales performance and key sales KPIs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Work closely with Merchandising and Marketing to execute sales initiatives and promotions.
Store Operations
  • Oversee daily operations across all retail locations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Monitor store performance and operational KPIs.
Inventory & Logistics
  • Ensure inventory accuracy across all stores.
  • Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment.
  • Work closely with Merchandising to maintain healthy inventory levels.
Process Improvement
  • Identify operational inefficiencies.
  • Implement best practices to improve productivity.
  • Standardize store processes.
Customer Experience
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
  • Address operational issues affecting customer satisfaction.
  • Support store teams in delivering a premium shopping experience.
Team Leadership
  • Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop Store Managers and retail teams to achieve sales and operational goals.
Performance Management
  • Monitor store sales and operational KPIs.
  • Prepare performance reports and implement action plans to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of retail sales and operations management experience.
  • Experience handling multiple retail stores.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
