Sales and Marketing Support Administrator

Job Description

Administer sales and marketing tools including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Highspot, and Salesforce (SFDC); experience with Salesforce and Sales Navigator is a strong advantage
Manage user access, license provisioning, and onboarding support for new hires
Support SFDC setup, role changes, access updates, configuration, and data maintenance
Handle product setup, account ownership transfers, and data quality requests
Support demand generation initiatives and follow-through execution
Provide eDM/email marketing support, including HTML-based Brand Experience execution
Prepare PMR, Growth Room, and Commercial Excellence presentation materials
Track Asia Rewards Program progress, communications, and reporting
Handle ad-hoc reporting to support commercial performance tracking
Manage communications for project launches, commercial programs, and rewards initiatives
With research experience in identifying and pre-qualifying active prospects
2–3 years of experience is acceptable, but 5 years or more is preferred
Preferably Data Analyst-type roles
