MAIN JOB ROLE
The Sales & Marketing Supervisor is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, and managing the sales and marketing initiatives of the company. The role includes leading sales activities, managing people (LMA), building client relationships, and executing branding and marketing strategies that support the company's business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research on rival products.
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Maintaining client relations.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
- Handling and train sales people
- Meet all sales quotas and goals
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
- Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
- Excellent in communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Marketing or any equivalent course
- With at least 3-4 experience in the same field or in sales and marketing industry
- With broad connection in terms of Racing or knowledge about the industry
- Can do client presentation
- Excellent in communication skills both verbal and written
- Can meet the deadlines and can manage people
- Can do multi-tasking skills
- Willing to travel especially in Pampanga (for racing events)
- Can start ASAP
