Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing operation is a must.
- Experience in documentation, computations and conducting trainings is a must.
- Knowledge in turnover of unit and unit maintenance is a plus.
- Experience with people relation customers and sellers. Can manage and motivate a
team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and
team coordination. Can work well independently and as a team. Good interpersonal
skills and can communicate with all levels of management.
- Have the ability to create a calendar of events for sales, meetings and trainings. Has
skills in managing budgets, forecasting sales, and controlling marketing expenses.
- Ability to multi-task, adaptable and can handle pressure.
- Proficiency in data analysis, market trends, and using insights to inform decision-
making. Has the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in sales and marketing.
- Highly organized and result driven. Has a high sense of urgency and can deliver in
accordance with the given timeframe or deadline.
Role Purpose/Job Summary
- Directly supervise Davao S&M Team and act as a Team Leader. Oversee overall day-
to-day Sales Operation of Davao Area Office and its team.
- Close coordination and monitoring of Davao area office sales personnel on Davao sales
operation.
- Oversee marketing research, data analysis, market trend, buyer's demographics,
account status and recommend strategic course of action to improve process and sales.
- Ensure that all sales plan, promotion executed properly and in a timely manner and
conform with the approved budget. (Budget and cost monitoring)
- Timely issuance of updated Price List and Special computations as needed.
- Ensure that project inventory is updated at all times as reconciled and coordinated with
the other related departments.
- Ensure that all payments to Sellers are released on time.
- Endorse proper course of action on clients inquiries and concerns in coordination with
the departments involved on coming up with the best solution possible.
- Maintaining good relationship with buyers, brokers and tenants through Customer Care
and Broker Meetings.
