Position: Sales and Marketing Staff
Working location: Santolan Pasig
Salary: 16 to 18k to start
Office Based Monday to Friday Sched
Direct Hire not Under Agency
Qualification
4 years College Grad or 4 years undergrad in BS Financial or related and also open for Senior High School graduate at least Accounting related course
1-2 years experience in telemarketing or sales in Banking, Lending, Insurance or Loan Industry is required
Good communication skills and organize
Strong understanding of borrower/lender dynamics Willing to learn and be trained Positive attitude and persistence
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Comfortable working under pressure
Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Introduce company services in a clear and friendly manner
Gather basic client information
Reach out to lenders and financing businesses Understand their current collection and tracking process
Introduce digital solutions (QR payments, borrower tracking) Assist in onboarding and initial setup Maintain call logs and reports
