Role: Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant

Overview:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with a strong sales and marketing background who can contribute strategically not just execute tasks. The ideal candidate understands digital marketing, lead nurturing, social media management, and basic market research. The role involves providing insights, recommendations, and supporting the team in improving marketing and outreach processes.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Support
Provide advice and strategic input to improve sales/marketing processes
Assist in creating and refining target audiences for outreach campaigns
Collaborate with the email outreach campaign team
Manage CRM entries, lead updates, and follow-ups
Social Media Management
Maintain LinkedIn company page and expand to other platforms (Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
Content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and brand consistency
Email Outreach & Warm Lead Follow-ups
Send personalized follow-up emails to warm leads
Coordinate schedule availability and book introductory calls
Respond professionally to inquiries and route them to relevant team members
Market Intelligence & Research
Conduct manual web research and data extraction when automation cannot be used
Organize market insights for ongoing projects
Support data-building for the Cold Storage Clearinghouse/Brokerage project
Review opportunity lists and identify potential outreach targets
Qualifications:
Background or education in Sales, Marketing, or Business
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Experience with social media management & email outreach
Highly organized; ability to provide suggestions and improvements
Experience in B2B or logistics is a plus but not required
Critical thinker with initiative
