Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Rizal. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and nurturing customer relationships, developing marketing strategies, and training team members on best sales practices. You will work on creating innovative approaches to attract clients and manage sales pipelines while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet or exceed targets and manage sales strategies.
- Experience in Training team members to enhance their sales skills and drive performance improvements.

- Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with home cleaning or auto detailing services is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
