About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate who will support outreach, marketing activities and sales activity.
This role is not a traditional virtual assistant role.
You will help generate new opportunities for the company by supporting structured outreach campaigns, managing follow-ups and assisting with marketing execution.
You will also use modern AI tools to help research prospects, personalise outreach and support marketing workflows.
This role suits someone who is organised, proactive and interested in working in a fast-moving technology and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Outreach & Lead Generation
Research potential clients and companies
Assist with LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
Use AI tools to generate personalised outreach messages
Track conversations and responses in the CRM
Ensure timely and professional follow-ups with prospects
Assist with proposal coordination and documentation
Prepare simple briefing notes before meetings
Marketing Support
Support case study and marketing material preparation
Assist with marketing automation tools when required
Executive Coordination
Assist with managing founder calendar and scheduling meetings
Coordinate meetings with prospects and partners
Maintain meeting notes and action items
Ensure follow-ups and priorities are clearly tracked
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organisational and communication skills
Comfortable learning and using AI tools
Attention to detail and strong follow-through
Self-managed and proactive
Comfortable working directly with a founder
Preferred Experience
25 years experience in marketing, sales support or business development
Experience using CRM systems
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or digital marketing
Experience in agency, SaaS or technology companies
