Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bacoor for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting the company's products and services. The specialist will conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on leads to meet sales targets. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with operations for order fulfillment, providing customer service support, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The role also includes assisting in marketing campaigns, contributing to training activities, and representing the company at client meetings, events, and industry activities.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, address inquiries, and build lasting relationships.
• Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a business-to-business environment.
• Background in Sales Management and Training to support team performance, share best practices, and help develop sales capabilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Bacoor, manage multiple accounts, and maintain organized documentation and reporting.
• Basic understanding of construction or industrial supply sectors is an advantage.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
