The role:

You will be responsible for generating new leads, new business relationships with partners and overall client growth for our agency Orange Trail. We are an agile advertising agency that is solving a huge pain point in the advertising industry, and we are looking to help as many direct advertisers and agencies as possible across the world!

Some of our clients include 8 figure advertisers across many different niches, including fashion, technology, health & beauty.

What we require from you is to be HUNGRY for new deals and opportunities. Generating leads from the many different ways available (facebook groups, emails, networking, ads etc). We will provide you with initial training and support, but the role requires a self-starter attitude.

Your role:

  • Consistently scour Facebook Groups, Reddit Threads, Linked In and other platforms to network with our ideal target clients and generate leads, setting appointments
  • Outbound DM setting by reaching out to as many relevant leads as possible
  • Follow up, nurture and close existing leads in our pipeline
  • Take initial sales calls to qualify prospects (Pending performance, after a while you will be taking on the closing sales calls as well)

Soft skills needed

  • Hungry for sales and $$$
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Fluency in English (Verbal/Written)
  • Organized and process oriented
  • Constant drive to learn and improve
  • The mindset that with enough effort/thinking any problem can be solved

Other Skills

  • Ability to use Hubspot, Asana, Slack, Google docs etc
