MabuhayTech Corporation is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, implementing effective marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate marketing events, product launches, promotional campaigns, and networking activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for management.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software and other sales tracking tools.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, CRM platforms, and lead generation is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and attend client meetings as required.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
