We are building an exciting new events platform that organizes
business seminars, trainings, masterclasses, and coaching programs. We are looking for an
Events Program & Sponsorship Manager who can oversee full event operations from planning, organizing, promotions, partnerships, and sponsorship acquisition.
This is a hybrid role that combines event management, client coordination, sponsor negotiation, and marketing support.
- Plan and organize business seminars, workshops, and special events
- Handle full coordination with speakers, trainers, venues, and suppliers
- Secure sponsors, partnerships, and event supporters
- Prepare sponsorship proposals and presentations
- Manage event marketing promotions (social media, email campaigns, online ads)
- Oversee event registrations, payments, and participant coordination
- Coordinate event logistics, venue setup, and on-site execution
- Prepare post-event reports and sponsor documentation

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Familiar with social media promotions, Canva, and basic email marketing (advantage but not required)
- Computer literate Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Canva, Zoom
- Proactive, results-driven, and can work independently
- Can start immediately
