Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Planning, implementing, and overseeing promotional campaigns across digital, social media, and print channels.
- Market Research: Identifying market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategies.
- Content & Promotion: Creating content for marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Evaluating campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and adjust strategies.
- Brand Management: Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communication.
- Collaboration: Working with stakeholders, external agencies, and internal sales teams.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Officer, Marketing Executive, or similar role.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content.
- Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Organization: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is generally required.
