- At least 2 years of solid sales & marketing experience, preferably in luxury beauty, aesthetics, dermatology, or high-end wellness brands
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong expertise in selling aesthetic machines, advanced skincare, treatments, or premium beauty solutions
- Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning, client experience, and relationship management
- Highly skilled in digital marketing, Meta Ads, social media strategy, and lead conversion
- Confident presenter with the ability to conduct product demonstrations, client consultations, and executive-level negotiations
- Results-obsessed, competitive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Polished communication skills with a professional, luxury-brand presence
- Willing to travel, attend exclusive events, trainings, and client meetings
