Sales and Marketing Manager

Waterfront Insular Hotel Davao is looking for someone to fill in the role of Sales and Marketing Manager!

Job Description:

This position is responsible for managing the overall direction and conduct of plans, programs and strategies in terms of sales, marketing, public image of Property Hotels WITHIN THE LIMITS OF generally applicable concepts, disciplines and industry practices as well as established guidelines, standards and procedures of the Hotel IN ORDER TO achieve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and maximized revenues through strategic, prompt and proper delivery of services related sales and marketing.

Position Specifications:

• Graduate of any business or hospitality course, preferably with higher studies
• At least eight (8) years of working experience in Sales and Marketing, three (3) of which spent in managerial capacity in a five star hotel
• Strong background in sales, marketing, and marketing communications
• Excellent management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Established network in the industry
• Literacy in computer operations is a must
