Role Description
Based in the Philippines, the Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive student recruitment for Le Cordon Bleu programs. The role involves managing multiple projects, organizing recruitment events, education fairs, culinary workshops, and information sessions, while building relationships with prospective students and key partners. Frequent travel within the Philippines and occasional travel across Asia are required, along with flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed.
Main role and responsibilities:
- Prepare annual strategy, budget, and sales plan for the region reflecting on current trends and evaluation of previous year's performance
- Planning and implementing all sales and marketing strategies and activities for Philippines market
- Manage CRM including follow-ups, answer queries, assess applications and update all records in CRM platform
- Manage relationship with Le Cordon Bleu key stakeholders including education agent, government bodies, high school and other key stakeholders in the industry
- Identify and undertake in-depth market research and analysis for the recruitment of students (local, inbound, outbound), collecting data and information for establishing market trends and opportunities.
- Set editorial guidelines and content creation processes, in order to satisfy our content needs for our different mediums.
- Represent Le Cordon Bleu at functions, industry events, and recruitment events as required.
- Manage all agent and student queries for the region professionally and in a timely fashion.
- Monitor the use of all trademark and intellectual property in the region and immediately report any suspected infringement.
