Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HRIS SaaS sales
- Willing to travel for client meetings and business trips
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Outgoing, highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
- Background in IT and HR is an advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective Sales and Marketing strategies
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle and close deals successfully
- Work leads through CRM and maintain accurate sales records
- Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients
- Monitor competitors and market trends
- Hire, coach, and lead high-performing team members
- Ensure excellent communication with management, clients, and internal teams
- Travel to client locations to support sales initiatives
- Collaborate with Customer Success (Implementation & Support) to ensure client satisfaction
