What You'll
- Do
Oversee the entire sales and marketing funnel, from lead generation to conversion and retent - ion.Collaborate with U.S.-based closers and appointment setters to ensure lead flow, conversion tracking, and predictable revenue gro
- wth.Develop and execute the marketing plan, including content, paid ads, partnerships, and social me
- dia.Manage marketing KPIs, cost per lead (CPL), and
- ROI.Build and refine the sales playbook, pipeline dashboards, and weekly performance repo
- rts.Partner with the Founder to design one-to-many sales strategies such as webinars, partnerships, and referral progr
- ams.Anticipate bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions before they reach the Founder's d
esk.
What We're Lookin
- g For7+ years of leadership experience in BPO, outsourcing, agency, or SaaS environm
- ents.Proven track record in sales or marketing oversight and P&L accountabi
- lity.Experience managing remote teams of 10+ across funct
- ions.Strong CRM knowledge (Zoho, GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce, or simi
- lar).Analytical and data-driven mindset, comfortable with dashboards, forecasts, and
- KPIs.Excellent communication skills; can push back, prioritize, and execute
- fast.Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where structure is still being b
uilt.
