Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead and drive sales performance for premium modular cabinetry, ensuring revenue growth, strong client relationships, and brand positioning in the luxury market. This role requires a strategic, results-driven professional with experience in high-value sales and managing key accounts such as developers, designers, and affluent clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity
  • Identify and build relationships with key clients, including architects, interior designers, developers, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Manage showroom operations and ensure a premium customer experience
  • Oversee client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, events, and product launches
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
  • Ensure proper handling of high-value transactions and after-sales service coordination

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 35 years sales experience, with at least 12 years in a managerial role
  • Background in luxury, modular cabinetry, furniture, or real estate sales is highly preferred
  • Strong network in the design, construction, or property development industry is an advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism
